Class 31 Bodywork Overhaul

Class 31 31207 is undergoing bodywork repairs in Weybourne shed that will eventually see the locomotive outshopped in BR Green with white stripes.

The locomotive is undergoing work to the Holt end cab to restore the headcode indicator boxes and valances, along with the removal of the 1980s high intenstity headlamp. This work will return it to original condition.

The locomotive will be renumbered D5631, as it was when delivered new to Norwich (31A) shed in 1960.
